  • Hosting and maintenance

  • Basic SEO setup

  • Branding services (logos, kits, product catalogs)

  • Add-on services (ad setup, content writing, consultations, etc.)

Each service is tailored specifically for the client and may require their active participation for timely delivery.

2. Payment & Subscription

  • All services must be paid in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly unless specified

  • Optional add-ons are billed separately

  • All payments are non-refundable as detailed in our Refund & Returns Policy

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate contact and business information

  • Submit all requested assets (images, logos, content) within 7 business days of onboarding

  • Respond to drafts, revisions, or communications promptly to avoid delays

  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines

Get Viral Pro is not liable for missed deadlines or delayed delivery caused by client inaction, unresponsiveness, or late material submissions.

4. Use of Third-Party Tools & Platforms

To deliver services efficiently and creatively, we use industry-standard third-party tools and platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)

  • WordPress, Elementor, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

  • Secure payment gateways such as PayPal and Razorpay

These platforms may process client data or assets temporarily under their own privacy and data protection terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All finalized websites, designs, and content created for the client become the client’s intellectual property after full payment is received.

  • Get Viral Pro reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client explicitly objects in writing.

  • Clients may not resell or reuse assets beyond the agreed project scope without prior written permission.

6. Limitations of Liability

We shall not be held liable for:

  • Revenue losses due to hosting/server downtime

  • Delays or disruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, hosting providers, payment gateways)

  • Data misuse or platform breaches caused by the client

  • Any project delays caused by inaccurate information, late responses, or scope changes initiated by the client

7. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify these Terms and Conditions at any time

  • Suspend or terminate services for clients who misuse our platform or violate our service agreement

  • Changes will be effective upon posting on our website

Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law
