Refund and Returns Policy

At Get Viral Pro, a subsidiary of Pixel Flow Labs, we offer tailored digital solutions such as website development, hosting, branding, social media content creation, and SEO services. All services are personalized and delivered digitally.

As a result of the custom and time-sensitive nature of our work, all payments made to Get Viral Pro are final and non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Policy

Once a payment is completed and your service or subscription begins, we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees

  • One-time setup or onboarding charges

  • Purchase of Digital Packs (Basic, Starter, Growth, or Custom Plans)

  • Optional add-ons (e.g., logo design, setup, content writing)

  • Partially completed projects

  • Marketing or branding kits already delivered

  • Delays caused by lack of client input or response

Important: Digital projects are initiated immediately after purchase and resources (designers, strategists, developers) are assigned. Refunds are not possible, even if services are unused or delayed due to the client.

No Cancellations Once Project Starts

Due to the nature of custom work, no cancellations will be accepted once a project is initiated. Work begins the moment payment is received and includes planning, wireframing, drafts, and internal resource allocation — even before the first deliverable is provided.

Even if the client is delayed in submitting required content (e.g. text, images, approvals), the project is still considered “in progress.”

Digital Packages Are Considered Delivered Upon Initiation

When you purchase a digital package from Get Viral Pro:

  • Our team immediately assigns your project to creative and technical staff

  • Work begins on planning, drafts, and creative direction

  • Therefore, service value begins on payment receipt, not on the delivery date

For this reason, refund requests cannot be honored at any stage of delivery.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery:

  • Clients are expected to submit necessary materials (logos, content, feedback) within 7 days of project start

  • Delays in response or material submission can extend timelines, but do not affect billing or refund terms
